AllTracking is a global tracking platform which offers detailed tracking information about your parcels.

You can use AllTracking in two ways: 

  1. Tracking on a website- by entering the tracking number of your parcel in the input for tracking. After please press on the track button to check delivery status.
  2. Tracking in account - by creating an account , you can track the shipments in automatic mode and receive a lot of other benefits.

Automatic tracking is a service for AllTracking’s registered users. We automate tracking info , notifications , analytics and many other processes .It requires minimal manual input from the user.

On browsers

 

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open browser
  2. Click on Open Application menu (three dashes on the top right of the webpage)
  3. Choose Settings and then click on Privacy & Security in the menu on the left hand
  4. Here you can do the following:
  • - Enhance tracking protection
  • - Choose to Send a "Do Not Track" request with your browsing traffic
  • - Manage and clear Cookies and Site Data
  • - Set to Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed
  • - Manage permissions

 

Google Chrome

  1. Open browser
  2. Click on Customize and control Google Chrome (three dots on the top right of the webpage)
  3. Choose Settings and then click on Security and Privacy in the menu on the left hand
  4. Here you can do the following:
  • - Clear browsing data (inclusive cookies)
  • - Choose under what circumstances cookies could be blocked
  • - Set to clear cookies and site data when you close all windows
  • - Choose to Send websites a "Do Not Track" signal that you don't want to be tracked
  • - Manage site data and permissions

 

Safari

  1. Open browser
  2. Click on Preferences menu (four squares on the top right of the webpage)
  3. Choose Privacy option
  4. Here you can do the following:
  • - Choose to block cookies
  • - Remove stored cookies and data
  • - Manage websites stored cookies and data
  • - Ask websites not to track you

Tracking

Tracking number is a unique ID number or code  assigned to packages when they are shipped. Tracking numbers consist of letters and numbers typically between 8 and 40 characters long, sometimes with spaces or hyphens between gropings of characters. The most common tracking numbers consist of either 13 numerical and alphabetic characters (AA 123 456 789 ZZ) or 16 numerical digits (1234 5678 9012 3456).

Tracking number can be found in:

  1. Email confirmation
  2. Receipt from the seller
  3. Personal account on the seller’s website

 

There can be a few reasons: 

  1. Carrier did not provide information yet
  2. You need to add additional information to shipment

 

Not all addressees get deliveries directly to their doors. It depends on the courier that is delivering to you. Some may request a confirmation or a signature from the addressee, others may deliver to your door.

In case you have not received physically your package, you can:

  1. Check with everyone at your address as another person there may have received or retrieved the package
  2. Check your community or apartment mail box
  3. Contact your courier as appears in the tracking results or delivery confirmation

Yes, it can be, because:

  1. The number was typed incorrectly
  2. The number is not in the right format

Please make sure you have introduced the right amount of digits and your tracking number is in the right format. If the tracking number is still not working, please contact the online shop for more details then retry entering your product tracking number here.

Tracking information updates may be delayed due to the carrier’s processing times or system issues.
