What will you lose by deleting your account?
- You will lose all data and info about your trackings;
- You will no longer be able to access the benefits and functionality of AllTracking platform;
- You will lose marketing subscriptions;
- In case the account is deleted during a paid period, no refund will be issued;
What occurs once you delete AllTracking account?
After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in with your existing username and password.Additionally, if you used a third-party application to log in to AllTracking, you won't be able to log in with the same account after deletion.
What steps should you take to delete AllTracking account if it has been hacked?
If your account has been hacked, you'll need to reset your password. Start by going to the "Forgot password" section. The first step is verifying your identity. Once that's done, you'll be prompted to set up a new password and confirm it. This new password will replace the old one, ensuring your account's privacy and security.
How to delete an AllTracking account?
- Log into the account you wish to delete by entering your email and password or using a third party application;
- For website clients: go to the “Delete account” option within the account settings. For E-commerce: go to “Apps” and make sure that all integrations are disabled, after go to “Shop Management” and turn off all the shops, after go the “Settings” and choose the “Security” option and select “Delete profile“;
- Provide your password or email address in the designated fields;
- Leave the reason for deleting your account as desired;
- Delete your personal account;
How can you restore access to the AllTracking account?
After you leave AllTracking, you have up to 6 months to reach out to us for account restoration. Our customer support team will be happy to help and guide you through the process.
