If the item is damaged you can enclose pictures, and put it all in writing, ideally in an email that you need to send to the seller. The seller then will investigate what happened with Saudi Post and either refund you or give you a substitute product.

Goods prohibited by law

As Saudi Arabia has many restrictions, make sure the goods that you want to send or expect to be delivered are not prohibited in Saudi.

Sometimes the customs have all the right to confiscate the prohibited goods when they reach the country. It is only your responsibility to make sure the package or shipment consists of the items that can enter the country of destination.
