AllTracking system is integrated with the global parcel tracking service that can track any goods you send via post from China with 4PX Express so when you enter the “Track and Trace” page we will ask you to introduce the unique combination of digits and letters that you have printed on your receipt or confirmation letter in your email.

Then enter the given code into the field and click Track button.

The next thing you know the informaton regarding your package or shipment will be displayed on your screen.

If you sent the parcel via one of 4PX Express branches, you must have a paper receipt with a tracking number written on it.

You may also have it with the confirmation letter in your email.

If this isn’t the case and you requested this service with a sender, contact the sender to ask for the tracking number for further actions on Alltracking website.

If you ordered your item online, you may find the tracking number in a shipping confirmation email from the shop or the seller.  You can also try tracking an item using a delivery notice card or reference number.

Track and Trace system in China

Track and Trace technology has significant value for both industry and society.

For industry, track and trace solutions can solve quality management problems during manufacturing, improve product quality, and increase customer satisfaction.

For society, it can prevent adverse effects from contaminated or defective goods.

Therefore, both Chinese industry and the government are increasing efforts to promote the establishment of a reliable, safe parcel-tracing system.

You can track such parcels only before export, or before transfer to the postal operator. In the country of the addressee, they usually are not tracked.

In certain situations the parcel can stay untracked but this usually changes fast. The shipment or packaging can be stuck in a hub without any significant changes. In case you have doubts or you seem unsure, do not hesitate to drop 4PX Express a line asking for information you can not see online.

Alltracking system receives the changed or updated data immediately, but if you feel like you need a more detailed report, consider contacting Customer Support team. The Customer Support team should be able to offer you a report and estimate the approximate time of the delivery.

You have made your first order on aliexpress or ebay and are looking forward to the seller sending your order.

As a rule, information about the track code begins to be updated 7-10 days after receiving the track code, or 1-2 days after the (real) delivery of the parcel to the post office.

Small stores issue a track code immediately, but take the order to the post office when a certain number of parcels are collected, this can be 1 time in 7-14 days.

There are more stores, the delivery of parcels to the mail occurs more often, and, accordingly, the first information on the track codes of such stores appears earlier.

There can multiple cases when a customer may have a parcel claim but most of the time they fall into two categories:

Damaged package claim

Missed package

Most packages are delivered no later than 5 business days after the expected delivery date.

If the delivery is taking longer than expected, and you're concerned that your package is missing, we will try to inform you via our website. Then you can contact 4PX Express for further details. You can ask 4PX Express to start an investigation into the missing package. They will jump in ready to help you out.

If the package is declared missing, the sender can request compensation for the insured value of the package and the cost of postage (after investigation takes place).
