It usually takes up to 48 hours to get a response from the Customer Service team. The complaints, appraisals, suggestions, and tracking number information requests can all be submitted.

But the lost parcel is not the only possible variant here. The parcel can also be stuck in transit, the goods can be stuck at customs, and delayed for any reason at all.

Usually, customers have the following claims that the Customer Service team deals with:

1) Tracked packages that did not reach the destination

At 4PLLAB, when delivery of an article cannot be completed, the item is either returned to the sender or returned to the Parcel Redistribution Centre.

If you printed the wrong address on the shipping label, didn't include a return address, or poorly packaged the item, 4PLLAB cannot be held responsible for it. In most of the other cases, the delivery company will investigate the case and refund you.

2) Damaged tracked parcels

If the item arrives damaged, the first thing you need to do is get in contact with the seller as soon as possible. (this is for those who purchased an item online that was later on sent with 4PLLAB).

The seller will discuss the issue with the respective post company. In this case, the seller is responsible for the condition of the items when you receive them.  

If the item is damaged you can enclose pictures, and put it all in writing, ideally in an email that you need to send to the seller. The seller then will investigate what happened with 4PLLAB and either refund you or give you a substitute product.
