1) Tracked packages that did not reach the destination

If the item arrives damaged, the first thing you need to do is get in contact with the seller as soon as possible. (this is for those who purchased an item online that was later on sent with ACS Courier).

The seller will discuss the issue with the respective post company. In this case, the seller is responsible for the condition of the items when you receive them.

If the item is damaged you can enclose pictures, and put it all in writing, ideally in an email that you need to send to the seller. The seller then will investigate what happened with ACS Courier and either refund you or give you a substitute product.
