AllTracking is a global tracking service that offers detailed information on your package(s) regardless of the sender and destination.

You can use AllTracking in two ways whichever works best for you:

  1. You visit the website and enter the tracking number of your package(s) in the designated field and pres the Track button to check on the delivery status and progress
  2. You create a personal account and add your package(s) tracking number to benefit of automatic tracking services and notifications created for your convenience

Automatic tracking is a free service specially created for AllTracking registered users. It provides information about deliveries for international and national packages addressed to you. Also provides you with notifications on delivery statuses and related issues.

By subscribing to this service you will get:

  1. Status update notifications on your package(s)
  2. Notifications when your package(s) is Out for physical delivery, Ready for pick up at a post office or Delivered at your residence (for cases when delivery do not require a confirmation or signature of the recipient)
  3. Notifications when we found a package that is being delivered to you
  4. Notifications when there is a problem with your packages
  5. Notifications when there are applicable duty and taxes to be paid upon final delivery
  6. Any other notifications of importance regarding your package(s) that may appear

On browsers

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open browser
  2. Click on Open Application menu (three dashes on the top right of the webpage)
  3. Choose Settings and then click on Privacy & Security in the menu on the left hand
  4. Here you can do the following:
  • - Enhance tracking protection
  • - Choose to Send a "Do Not Track" request with your browsing traffic
  • - Manage and clear Cookies and Site Data
  • - Set to Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed
  • - Manage permissions

Google Chrome

  1. Open browser
  2. Click on Customize and control Google Chrome (three dots on the top right of the webpage)
  3. Choose Settings and then click on Security and Privacy in the menu on the left hand
  4. Here you can do the following:
  • - Clear browsing data (inclusive cookies)
  • - Choose under what circumstances cookies could be blocked
  • - Set to clear cookies and site data when you close all windows
  • - Choose to Send websites a "Do Not Track" signal that you don't want to be tracked
  • - Manage site data and permissions

Safari

  1. Open browser
  2. Click on Preferences menu (four squares on the top right of the webpage)
  3. Choose Privacy option
  4. Here you can do the following:
  • - Choose to block cookies
  • - Remove stored cookies and data
  • - Manage websites stored cookies and data
  • - Ask websites not to track you

Tracking

Tracking number is a unique ID or code assigned to packages when they shipped. It is typically printed on the shipping label as a bar code that can be scanned by anyone with a bar code reader or smartphone. Consists of letters and numbers typically between 8 and 40 characters long. Most common used tracking numbers comprise of either 13 numeric and alphabetic characters (AA 123 456 789 ZZ) or 16 numeric digits (1234 5678 9012 3456).

Tracking number can be found in:

  1. An email confirmation
  2. Your receipt from the seller
  3. Your personal account on the seller’s website

There could be few reasons why a tracking number is missing delivery information:

  1. Too early in the delivery process
  2. Carrier did not provide information

Regardless of the presence or lack of information, packages will still be delivered as per its identified address.

Not all addressees get deliveries directly to their doors. It depends on the courier that is delivering to you. Some may request a confirmation or a signature from the addressee, others may deliver to your door.

In case you have not received physically your package, you can:

  1. Check with everyone at your address as another person there may have received or retrieved the package
  2. Check your community or apartment mail box
  3. Contact your courier as appears in the tracking results or delivery confirmation

Yes. There could be few reasons why a tracking number appears invalid:

  1. The number was typed incorrectly
  2. The number is not in the right format
