1) Tracked packages that did not reach the destination

At J&T Express when delivery of an article cannot be completed, the item is either returned to the sender or returned to the Mail Redistribution Centre.

If you printed the wrong address on the shipping label, didn't include a return address, or poorly packaged the item, J&T Express cannot be held responsible for it.

2) Damaged tracked parcels

If the item arrives damaged, the first thing you need to do is get in contact with the seller as soon as possible. (this is for those who purchased an item online that was later on sent with J&T Express).

If the item is damaged you can enclose pictures, and put it all in writing, ideally in an email that you need to send to the seller. The seller then will investigate what happened with Pos Malaysia and either refund you or give you a substitute product.

3) Confiscated tracked items

Chinese companies engaged in delivery may still have packages delayed for reasons beyond their control even if they are super professional in what they do.

If a package contains a prohibited item when entering Malaysia or another country (if the package originates from China and goes abroad), then it will most likely be confiscated at customs by officials).
