Alltracking system is integrated with the global parcel tracking service that can track any goods you send via post from China with Yun Express so when you enter the “Track and Trace” page we will ask you to introduce the unique combination of digits and letters that you have printed on your receipt or confirmation letter in your email.

Then enter the given code into the field and click Track button.  

The next thing you know the informaton regarding your package or shipment will be displayed on your screen,

If you sent the parcel via one of the branches Yun Express has, you must have been given a paper receipt that you can find the tracking number on.

You may also have it with the confirmation letter in your email.

If this isn’t the case and you requested this service with a sender, contact the sender of the item to receive the tracking number for the shipment.

If you ordered your item online, you may find the tracking number in a shipping confirmation email from the shop or the seller.

You can also try tacking an item using a delivery notice card or reference number.

As a rule, information about the track code begins to be updated 7-10 days after receiving the track code, or 1-2 days after the (real) delivery of the parcel to the post office.

Missed package

Most packages are delivered no later than 5 business days after the expected delivery date. 

If the delivery is taking longer than expected, and you're concerned that your package is missing, we will try to inform you via our website. Then you can contact Yun Express for further details.

You can ask Yun Express to start an investigation into the missing package . They will jump in ready to help you out.

If the package is declared missing, the sender can request compensation for the insured value of the package and the cost of postage (after investigation takes place).
